OVERVIEW:

Our client, a global leader in premium glass packaging and Asia's largest specialty glass manufacturer, is seeking a performance-oriented Manager – IT Application to join their manufacturing facility in Horana. The role involves leading SAP and enterprise application initiatives, driving business analysis, and ensuring smooth delivery of technology solutions that support operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead requirements gathering and perform detailed business analysis to identify technology solutions.

Design effective solutions and drive end-to-end problem-solving for business applications.

Develop functional documentation, business requirements, and use cases.

Analyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency.

Provide end-user training and post-implementation support for enterprise systems.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.

Coordinate with Corporate IT teams to ensure smooth system delivery, operations, and ongoing support.

PRE-REQUISITES:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technical Studies, Management, or a related discipline.

5–6 years of experience in SAP and Enterprise Application environments.

Hands-on experience in one or more SAP functional areas (SD, EWM, LE, MM, FICO, PP/QM).

Experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements.

Knowledge of non-SAP applications such as Salesforce and HR systems.

Experience in SAP and non-SAP system integrations.

Good understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

MBA qualification will be an added advantage.

Willingness to work flexibly across locations if required.

315,000 take-home/month + attractive variable pay & performance bonus (Negotiable)
