OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly driven Manager – Project Management to lead the planning, governance, and successful delivery of strategic projects within a dynamic IT environment. This role is responsible for managing project portfolios, driving cross-functional collaboration, implementing project governance frameworks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with organizational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through successful delivery.

Develop and implement project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

Translate business strategies into executable project plans and ensure successful implementation.

Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular progress reviews.

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality standards.

Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Facilitate project governance meetings and provide timely progress updates to senior management.

Identify project risks and issues while implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and stakeholder adoption.

Promote continuous improvement in project management practices, delivery methodologies, and operational efficiency.

Ensure effective communication and accountability across all project teams.

Mentor project teams and foster a high-performance, collaborative working culture.

PRE-REQUISITES

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent will be a distinct advantage.

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years managing large-scale IT projects or project portfolios.

Proven experience delivering complex technology projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile frameworks, and governance practices.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
