JOB DESCRIPTION & SCOPE:

You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for clients. The job scope includes the following responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead engagement activities across multiple strategic client accounts.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of candidate submissions.
• Ensure recruitment timelines and client SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Manage complex hiring processes and critical placements.
• Support Executive Search teams on niche and high-priority assignments.
• Coach and guide Engagement team members to improve service delivery.
• Resolve client and candidate escalations effectively.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Drive team KPIs relating to placement success, turnaround time, and client satisfaction.

PRE-REQUISITES

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, client servicing, or delivery management.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment engagements.
