Salary Package

• LKR 55,000 – 65,000 (based on experience & qualifications)
• Engineering background candidates: LKR 130,000 – 150,000

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Conceptualize and pitch innovative business ideas to the leadership team.
• Leverage digital tools, AI, and data analytics to optimize business processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
• Analyze global market trends and adapt them to the local/regional context.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.

Pre Requisites

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in digital research, market analysis, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A creative thinker with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for innovation.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development or research (freshers with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
