OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee facility operations, cleaning management, safety compliance, and staff coordination within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining high operational and hygiene standards while ensuring smooth day-to-day facility activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and complete service requests from internal departments efficiently

Maintain high safety standards with a focus on zero lost-time injuries

Supervise facility and cleaning staff to ensure productivity and discipline

Optimize staff scheduling to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency

Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness standards

Maintain facility records, reports, and compliance documentation

Coordinate with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations

Pre-requisites:

Between 40 – 50 years

Strong experience in facility supervision, housekeeping, or operations management

Experience in healthcare manufacturing, R&D centers, factory environments, or hotel industry will be an added advantage

Strong leadership, safety awareness, and team management skills

Candidates residing in Dompe or nearby areas are preferred
