Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join a leading diversified business group engaged in Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Financial Services, and Technology Solutions.

This role is primarily focused on driving B2B sales of Solar Energy Systems and Software Solutions, requiring a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to close corporate deals. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end sales cycles in a competitive business environment.

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end sales of solar energy systems, renewable energy solutions, and software products across B2B and corporate clients.

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across multiple industries and corporate segments.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with decision-makers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and revenue streams.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close high-value deals.

Coordinate with technical, project, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in renewable energy and software sectors.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management review.

Pre Requisites

Pre-Requisites:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Assistant Manager / Manager-level roles.

Experience in product sales from any industry is acceptable (Strong B2B sales experience is mandatory).

Prior exposure to solar energy, renewable energy, or software/technology sales will be a strong advantage.

Excellent communication (Fluent English), negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong personality with a professional educational and career background.

Proven ability to work in target-driven, high-performance environments.

Nice to Have:

Experience in renewable energy solution sales (solar PV systems, hybrid systems, etc.)

Exposure to software/IT solution sales or related products

Existing corporate client network across multiple industries

Experience in handling large-scale B2B accounts or enterprise sales

Knowledge of consultative or solution-based selling approaches

Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles
