Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager / Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead overall digital marketing growth for our IT software / ERP solutions business.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience scaling B2B technology products, driving pipeline through digital channels, and managing international marketing campaigns, particularly in markets such as the US and Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth, revenue, and expansion goals.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing function, including digital, brand, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing directly supports pipeline and revenue.

2. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation (Core Focus)

Lead and scale digital marketing initiatives across:

  • Paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, programmatic)
  • SEO & SEM
  • Content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Drive high-quality B2B lead generation and nurture programs for enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Own website strategy, landing pages, conversion optimization, and digital funnels.
  • Implement data-driven optimization, A/B testing, retargeting, and performance improvements.

3.nternational / Overseas Marketing

  • Plan and execute overseas digital campaigns targeting markets such as:
  • United States
  • Australia
  • UK and other global regions
  • Adapt messaging, positioning, and digital strategies based on regional market dynamics.
  • Support international sales teams with localized digital campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM).

4. Brand, Analytics & Performance

  • Strengthen brand positioning for IT software / ERP products in competitive global markets.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to present insights to senior management.
  • Oversee agencies, digital vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency.
Pre Requisites

PRE – REQUISITES:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5– 8 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years at a managerial level.
  • Strong background in IT software, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and B2B demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience running international digital campaigns (US, Australia, UK, etc.).
