A leading FMCG food manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia, part of a large and well-established regional industrial group with operations across the Gulf and Middle East. The company operates modern manufacturing facilities and a strong nationwide retail distribution network, supplying short shelf-life food products to major modern trade chains and key retail partners across KSA.

As part of its expansion strategy, the organization is strengthening its Key Accounts and Modern Trade leadership team.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Manager / Senior Manager - Key Accounts | Modern Trade will lead modern trade and strategic account operations, driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, strengthening retailer partnerships, and ensuring strong in-store execution across assigned regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales growth through modern trade and key accounts channel development
  • Lead negotiations on listings, promotions, pricing and shelf visibility with key retail partners
  • Prepare sales forecasts, channel targets and monitor performance against budgets
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and modern trade buyers
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing and finance teams to ensure execution excellence
  • Ensure high standards of retail execution, route-to-market effectiveness and field performance
